    @sid203 wat car the cx9

    Naturalhit December 28, 2011 at 7:42 am

    @94navin CX9 is awesome. It’s faster and more comfortable than my GM cars. It’s worth the price.

    94navin December 28, 2011 at 8:00 am

    @Naturalhit hope you have fun on your trip though and enjoy the cx9 i wanna buy on soon

    94navin December 28, 2011 at 9:00 am

    @Naturalhit aahh think again the Pontiac is gm but the engine and transmission is Toyota research it or ask a certified mechanic. and you wanna see miles typein my 91 mazda mpv rolling 376,000 and that’s a a 20 years old MPV truck its original engine and still running strong. which is the older version of this cx9.if the tahoes engine are original is probably breaks down all the time or it sit all year long

    Naturalhit December 28, 2011 at 9:24 am

    @94navin Aaahhh, I have over 300k on my ’98 Chevy Tahoe and the engine and the tranny are all original. I have 240k on my ’01 Pontiac V6 Grand Prix. Nothing is broken. So think again. GM makes good parts and they are not cheap to buy either if you need one.

    I was going to make a comment on this as being nice crossover. My parents got this and we took it to Utah for a break in.

    @cheneygottagun you could still get a cx9 today. and why would you want to get a ford . it may be cheaper but it wount last. when you need it the most it will fail. thats why is stands for Fix Or Repair Daily or Found On Road Dead

    94navin December 28, 2011 at 10:27 am

    @cheneygottagun you could still get it even with the japan thing . why would you want a ford you you can break down every day. dont you know what ford stands for Fix Or Repair Daily, or Found On Road Dead

    94navin December 28, 2011 at 10:29 am

    @RickyPipez first of all its 39,800 which is less than 40 so I dont know where you got that from and one reason why dodge and gmc are so cheap is because their care are cheap they use cheap parts for their cars. which is why they break down so fast. although Mazda is partnered with ford only the engine is ford . however the engines are not the same. the mazda engine is built with better and more expensive material that why its more expensive and that why is will last you a hell of alot longer

    RickyPipez December 28, 2011 at 10:32 am

    40+ thousands for a Mazda? May as well get a Cadillac SRX or Volvo XC60 or any other luxury vehicle. Mazda needs to lower their costs like Dodge, Gmc etc. They have luxury vehicles at cheaper rate.

    my mom has one and i drive it all the time … i was suprised how much i liked it.. its big but it feels small.. then it has all those features to make u feel more protected.. like BSMS.. rearview camera.. its just smooth..

    SHKnights81dr December 28, 2011 at 11:33 am

    @stevehammes Ford Bought Mazda’s blueprints that all they own the cx9 was out when they did that so they took the cx9 blueprints and created the edge… and i rather still take the cx9 over there american associates..

    @radudeATL lol. if you got a facebook or something. inbox me.

    radudeATL December 28, 2011 at 1:22 pm

    @ssj4goldengogeta I am from ATL, but I live in Denver now. It doesn’t mean we can’t talk cars again! :-)

    ssj4goldengogeta December 28, 2011 at 2:17 pm

    @radudeATL hey, if you live in atl, we could discuss cars if you like. but if not, then by all means good luck. lol.

    radudeATL December 28, 2011 at 2:50 pm

    @ssj4goldengogeta Thanks for the advice! I’m hoping to make a move on a new car within the next 2-3 months – wish me luck!

    radudeATL December 28, 2011 at 3:33 pm

    @stevehammes Thanks!

    ssj4goldengogeta December 28, 2011 at 3:39 pm

    @radudeATL i would say take the time to test drive each one of them. some reviewers have said the new focus is more fun to drive than the mazda 3. just take your time and enjoy the experience and you’ll pick the right car.

    boy638 December 28, 2011 at 3:39 pm

    I understand that most buyers will not do so, but how does this car performs off road with the all-wheel-drive system?

    stevehammes December 28, 2011 at 4:29 pm

    @bmw760li150 I hope it looks professional otherwise we’re in trouble :-) Cars are here for a week.

    stevehammes December 28, 2011 at 4:30 pm

    @mojojojo911 The CX-9 was a Mazda/Ford project along with the Edge. But its size and design leads to better comparos with the Traverse.

    stevehammes December 28, 2011 at 5:11 pm

    @radudeATL There’s never been a better time to be shopping for a small car. My Mazda3 review is on here…just search Mazda3 Drive Time.

    @sid203 I had 7 male adults in the CX-9 on my way to a wedding and it was not only comfortable enough for everyone but the Mazda’s power and agility remained intact . You couldn’t be more wrong.

    stevehammes December 28, 2011 at 7:03 pm

    @thugangel662 Japan.

    stevehammes December 28, 2011 at 7:19 pm

    @jvrdlc Gas = better or equal to Traverse and Pilot. I’d put the CX-9 at the top of my non-luxury CUV list.
